Why This Dish Is A Crowd Favorite
Kitchen Tips
- Chill the sandwich fillings before assembling to make spreading easier and to keep flavors fresh.
- Cut sandwiches into small, bite-sized pieces for easy handling and a more refined presentation.
Step 1
Combin the luncheon meat cubes, processed cheese sauce, pimientos, and sandwich spread in a blender. Pulse everything until it’s smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides so it blends evenly. Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a bowl.

Step 2
Take 15 slices of white bread and spread the mixture evenly over each one. Then, place a slice of whole wheat bread on top of each to make a sandwich. Gently press them together and trim off the crusts.

Step 3
Cut each sandwich diagonally to create triangles. Sprinkle a little parsley flakes over the sandwiches for a touch of color, and finish by adding a slice of cucumber on top of each sandwich half. Enjoy!
